    Carol holds over 35 years travel management experience. She has been working exclusively as a travel expert consultant for the last 12 years.

  • Previously she worked for travel management companies in both operational and global sales roles – producing a breadth and depth of knowledge for the inner workings of the business travel industry.

    Carol also holds experience as a global travel buyer, so understands the practicalities and challenges of both sourcing and managing a global travel programme spanning more than 70 countries.

  • Guy has spent over 30 years working in the travel industry including all 3 GDS companies, an airline, major hotel chain, a top 10 travel company and payment provider, before starting his own consulting business in 2019.

    Guy has helped to implement solutions for hundreds of corporate clients and their travel partners, with spend ranging from £100,000 to over £500m globally.

    With over 20 years experience in travel technology, Guy understands the complexity that goes into selecting, contracting and successfully implementing new systems or processes and to get the best from technology partners.
